To define, create and deploy engineering knowledge transfer plan, mainly training plan / 定義，創(chuàng)建，展開工程技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的計劃, 主要培訓(xùn)計劃。?
To play a leading role in the development of the knowledge transfer processes and templates for engineering / 在工程技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移和流程和模板建立中起主導(dǎo)作用。?
To work with SAIFEI engineering each functional manager to review and continuously develop the knowledge training module topics and the training materials mainly for design and certification capability development / 與賽飛工程部各職能經(jīng)理們合作，回顧和繼續(xù)開發(fā)知識培訓(xùn)的話題和培訓(xùn)材料，主要還是以發(fā)展設(shè)計和認證能力為主。?
To commuinicate with functional managers to define each training objects, training materials approval and review responsibility and trainer / 與各職能經(jīng)理溝通，定義培訓(xùn)的參訓(xùn)對象， 培訓(xùn)材料的審核和回顧，以及培訓(xùn)師。?
To work with functional managers on the overall knowledge training schedule / 與各職能經(jīng)理一起定義培訓(xùn)的計劃。?
To define the KPIs to monitor the knowledge transfer progress and set a regular review and report to management / 定義KPI來檢測知識轉(zhuǎn)移的進度并且定義定期的回顧和報告。?
To ensure installation, materials and other resources are provided for the knowledge transfer / 確保技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移設(shè)施，材料和其他資源及時提供。?
To review and ensure all the knowledge content and format are proper / 審核和確保所有的知識內(nèi)容和格式的正確性?
To update and report regularly the knowledge transfer progress to ensure the resource and support can be gained / 定期更新及報告技術(shù)轉(zhuǎn)移的進程以確保取得支持及資源。?
To train employees to comply with knowledge transfer requirement / 培訓(xùn)員工以確保達到知識轉(zhuǎn)移要求。?
To help knowledge transfer manager to establish other topics on knowledge transfer and management system / 幫助知識轉(zhuǎn)移經(jīng)理建立知識轉(zhuǎn)移和管理系統(tǒng)中的其他事物。?

任職要求：
BS degree or above in Human Resources Management, Engineering Business, or other related discipline / 人力資源管理、工程學(xué)理學(xué)士及以上學(xué)位，或其他相關(guān)學(xué)科。?
3+ years work experience in related fields or industries / 在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域有三年以上的工作經(jīng)驗。?
Training knowledge experience / 具有培訓(xùn)知識?
Fluent English speaking / 英語口語流利。?
MS Office Proficiency / 熟練使用辦公軟件。?
Good team Spirit / 良好的團隊合作精神。?
Excellent communication skills / 杰出溝通能力。?
Independent and high Motivation / 獨立及主觀能動性高。?
Aerospace requierments knowledge / 具有航空要求領(lǐng)域知識。?
ISO 9001, AS9100 and ISO 14001 knowledge is preferred / 熟悉ISO 9100， AS 9100 及ISO14001者更佳?
