1. Directs all after sales service courses and documents for our clients, including installation, commissioning and maintenance.

2. Provide technical training to Service Engineers and Sales employees to improve technical knowledge within Haas Food Machinery.

3. Collects all feedback and wishes from our clients related to improvement of manuals, operator skills and maintenance skills.
