? Initiate, lead and manage People & Org projects throughout the business
? Review People & Org Dev policies and procedures to ensure compliance with evolving employment legislation
? Work with wider global People & Org Development team to review and enhance components of the People & Org Development strategy (including reward, talent acquisition & L&D) which **** cultural values on a global basis
? Participate in the improvement of People and org dev processes and systems, including HRIS system
? Assist Head of Global TA on project work
? Charge of HZ and SH talent acquisition work, lead China TA team. Work with line managers and business functions to Talent Acquisition strategies
? Work proactively with the L&D team to help them develop their people strategies
? Build and maintain excellent working relationships between People & Org Development and other teams to ensure high levels of communication are maintained
? Develop communication with employees to provide friendly, fair and accessible People & Org Development service
? Attend industry events and training events as required and identified
? Contribute to the growth of the company through ideas and initiatives
? Ensure that values are intrinsic in every part of your role
TA
? Management of the Career site and Jobvite
? Well understand HZ, SH and east of China life Science source, know more about competitor
? Big support to the functions ling manager, help them as professional hiring manager
? TA Metrics
? Manage the TA budget with Head of Function, for those functions you support
Working with managers and assigned teams
? Proactively partner with the business to provide front line People Org Dev support to initiate, design and execute integrated people solutions that address key business issues and to create a high performing teams
? Support assigned teams on developing their people plans for their functions which include key projects and activities
? Coaching and advising managers and employees on people related issues
? Support the L&D service to all assigned departments
? Collaborate with managers regarding the induction of all new hires
? Manage employee relations issues (including disciplinary, grievance and changes to terms and conditions) and give guidance to Managers on company policies and procedures
? Manage day to day operational people (ER) issues with your assigned teams
? Coordinate and oversee the UK’s performance and salary review cycles, 3+9, 6+6, for your assigned teams
? Review the Staff survey data with assigned teams, support managers and assist in the implementation of ****s to drive forward engagement and motivation
Minimum Qualifications:
? Bachelor’s Degree
? Minimum of 5 years direct HR experience
Preferred Qualifications:
? Outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability and confidence to work with staff at all levels of the organization
? Strategic development view and big picture.
? Good experience in TA. Good knowledge of HR information system will be prefer
? Global company work experience
? Head hunting agency or Bio tech/laboratory environment TA experience.
? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast paced, changing environment
? Strong analytical skills including expertise
? An in-depth understanding of China employment laws
? Professional HR Certifications
