Position Title: Sales Director
Reporting to: Managing Director
Team Size: 3-4
Job De****ion:
1) Start to build China customer base by contacting potential local customers operating in Far East Asia
2) Successfully lead and train up a professional sales & application team to achieve the sales target by providing direction, follow-up, coaching and corrective **** as appropriate in a well-organized structure and workflow.
3) Identify and explore potential business opportunities and develop business relationship with potential customers through different channels.
4) Work out sales concept, quotes for customers inquiries in working together with other relevant functions or departments and follow up the case development.Lead technical and commercial negotiation with customers and prepare the sales contracts.
5) Follow up the progress on project implementation and coordinate necessary resources.
6) Provide timely reporting and necessary study or analysis to management team locally
7) Organizing marketing material, events, market studies to support the product sales and to create brand awareness.
8) Directly responsible for budgeting and forecasting sales, selling expenses as per company requirement.
Knowledge Required:
1) Bachelor degree( and/or above)in marketing or business andstrong business incumbent and market sense
2) Desired in automatic industry. Over 8 years sales experience, including a minimum of five years experiences in sales management or similar position.
3) Hand-on experience in approaching multi-nationals and key account and possess a proven track record of developing and effectively implementing sales strategies, regional sales strategy,business plans, forecasts, budgets and ultimately sales results.
4) Proven organizational design and process skills and be capable to optimize market condition, serve new types of customers and support and service new product solutions.
5) Able to lead the application team for global technical integration
6) Must have a high degree of proactive, integrity, ethics, reliability, motivation, organization, energy and enthusiasm
7) Has the experience in managing the DCM sales tools.

1) Must be proficient in English both written and verbal
2) Must know Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point
3) Strong commercial and analytical skills

5) Superior communication and presentation skills
