職責(zé)描述:
Primary responsibilities including the following areas within the Product Development Function:
?Packaging design for new product development and update existing packaging solutions.
?Plan and manage packaging qualification test to ensure the design meet customer requirements.
?Manage packaging specifications in the ERP system.
?Create and maintain packaging SOP to make sure it always suitable for production.
?uate packaging solutions from suppliers and customers.
?Regularly track and optimize the packaging costs.
?Assistant in providing support to internal and external technical work.
任職要求:
?Bachelor degree in Packaging Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
?Minimum 3 years of experience in packaging design related experience.
?Familiar with packaging materials & standards and related validation standards.
?Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
?Excellent verbal and written communications skills to interact with internal and external personnel on plant processes, projects, and investigations.
?Proficient computer skills required including Solid work or ProE, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, and PPT.
?Experience in medical device packaging design is preferred.
?Working experience with international environment is preferred.
