2.make proper preventive maintenance plan for responsible equipment/system in mechanic side to meet production plan

5.supervise the workers/vendor repair activities to ensure the maintenance quality
6.ensure the spare parts good quality to reduce the repeat work

1.set up the emergency maintenance plan and fast response to reduce the equipment failure time
2.work with production staff to ensure the equipment work well and meet production target

1.make the proper spare part stoage plan -mininum and effeciency to keep the operation cost low
2.study and find solution on equipment/system improvement to reduce the operation cost

Train and supervise the workers /vendoe in safe and efficient way as SOP to meet valspar stanadrd
work with other internal and extenal engineers to share the experience to improve the maintenace

學(xué)歷、技術(shù)要求、工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)"學(xué)歷：本科學(xué)歷 ,包裝機(jī)械 技術(shù)要求：豐富的包裝機(jī)維修工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別是進(jìn)口液體（油漆）灌裝機(jī)。對氣動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)精通。了解PLC或電氣自動(dòng)化，動(dòng)手能力強(qiáng)?？瑟?dú)自解決機(jī)械故障?？勺x懂英文資料，可與國外設(shè)備廠家技術(shù)溝通，解決技術(shù)問題。了解化工廠維修安全規(guī)程,熟悉運(yùn)用MS office
工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)：5年以上相關(guān)企業(yè)維修工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
